Return

The online store does not offer the option to replace an item - you must follow the return procedure - send the items back to us and place a new order.
If the products are not what you expected, you can return them within 14 days of receiving the delivery. The return period starts from the day on which the delivery of the goods from your order is made.
We refund refunds in the following ways:
- in case of online payment the amount will be refunded to the bank account number from which the payment was made;
- in case of payment upon delivery and return via Speedy, you will receive a notification email after the return of the goods, in which you will be asked to provide your bank account in the form of IBAN, to which the funds will be transferred;
You can return an order from Speedy's office at your expense at the following address: City of Rousse, 106 Lipnik Boulevard, Reprint EOOD.
Please do not forget the receipt for the purchase - you must print the electronic receipt, which is in the details of the order, or put in the package a note with the order number + your name and surname in Latin.
You can pack the goods in another package, but it does not have to be the original.
You will receive a refund within 14 days of receiving your shipment. You will be notified by email when we receive your shipment.
